First Great Holdings Ltd. T/A RTS Scandinavia are working with incoming tourism from mainly South Korea and rest of Asia. The head office is based in Hong Kong, with sales offices in Seoul, Bangkok, Taipei, Jakarta and Hong Kong. The office in Copenhagen is dealing with general tour planning, hotel-, restaurant-, coach- and guide reservations all over the Scandinavian and Nordic countries. The office is also responsible for the contact and problem solving for the tour leaders of the groups while on the road in Scandinavia. In addition the office is also dealing with invoice processing and payment to the suppliers of services in Scandinavia and Nordic countries. At the moment we are 18 staff in Copenhagen of many different nationalities. Job description: The person we are seeking will be based in our operations department. It is a temporary Maternity position that will end on October 31st 2014, but with the possibility to prolong. You will be responsible for planning the itinerary, and booking of all services, such as hotels, coaches, guides and restaurants. Once the group has arrived in Scandinavian you will have the contact with the groups Tour leader, and assist the Tour leader with changes to the program and solve problems that may occur while the group is on the road. In addition to this you will also be responsible for typing/printing of travel documents, eg. Vouchers, name lists and itineraries. From May to September no holidays will be granted, as this is our high season and some overtime may be expected. Applicant Profile: We are looking for a person, who is willing and eager to work, open and outgoing and with a great sense of responsibility. You must have a high attention to details and be a perfectionist. Qualifications: * Fluent in Korean, both written and verbally. If you do not speak Korean fluently, then no need to apply. * Fluent in English, both written and verbally, as English is our office language. * Solid experience in the Microsoft Office package is a must. Salary will be according to qualifications. Working hours are 37 hours a week. The position is available from now and until October 31st 2014. Last day of application is March 24th 2014.
