First I must apologize for the quality of the fotos. I lost my Brother Richard Dicky Holden yesterday. He peacefully slipped away in the company of his two children, who were with him constantly for the past several weeks. They both have the character I and many of us should try to live up to. Dicky was my idol as a kid and has still managed to maintain that level of esteem with me. Although we did come chin to chin (pardon the reference to the Holden chins) on a couple of occasions, I still love him. He was a sage of counseling to me and was always correct. The fotos are a time line of his NYSP academy foto, a candid shot of him busy at work, at his retirement party referencing his going down the dumper and the finally shot of he and his saintly wife Mary. He was truly a character and maintained his sense of humor until the very end. RIP Brother.....
