First Person w/ Wayne Shepherd @ 5:31- This Week: Report From Ukraine Wayne: Last month, I had the opportunity to visit several countries in Eastern Europe, including Moldova and Ukraine where Mission Eurasia is actively involved in many ways, assisting the local evangelical churches. While in Ukraine, we traveled by train from Kiev to Slavyansk, a town devastated by the war in Ukraine brought on by Russian separatists/terrorists. This week’s FIRST PERSON is my report, recorded in Ukraine, of what I observed. When you listen to this Report From Ukraine, you’ll get a glimpse of how much the area has suffered, especially the Christians who are singled out for persecution by those who not only oppose Ukrainian sovereignty, but also oppose and even kill believers. Slavyansk is also the town where 4 young men were taken from church earlier this year and murdered.
