First and for most me, Shannon and Nicholas would like to thank God for bringing my son back from death. God gets all the Glory for our son still being here with us! Second Scotland County EMS we cannot thank you enough for bringing our son back. When Shannon gave our son to them he was not not breathing at all and had not been for about two minuets. Third we would like to thank everyone who sent and is still sending out prayers for Nicholas and us. God is so awesome and he has heard our prayers and our son is getting better every minute. I continue to pray along with all of you. We would also like to thank everyone who made a basket and sent it with My mother or Paige. We also cannot tell everyone how much your donations mean to us as it is not cheap staying in the hospital anywhere. We continue to pray with our heads looking towards the heavens until this is over and we will always be in Gods debt. Nichols is trying to stabilize at this time with the help of God and medicine. His temp has been very high through all of this but just today was brought down to 98.7 and is currently at 99.4. As of now doctors cannot find any brain damage but still have so many test to run before we know for sure. Not breathing for 3 to 6 minuets can have a bad effect on the brain. He is now opening his eyes due to the doctors lowering his sedation medication. We hope and pray that he is healthy enough to take the breathing tube out some time tomorrow. He does have a feeding tube in just incase he does not get better soon as they will need to start feeding him. Doctors still have not put a finger on why this happened to Nicholas but are working around the clock to figure it out. Right now we just ask that you do not forget our son in your prayers and we thank everyone for any and every bit of support you have given and continue to give. Again Thank everyone for your support and most of all thank God he gets all the Glory and always will. We will post more on his condition in the am. Thanks
