I will do one more treatment with Nemo’s office then switch. Fingers crossed! Looks very promising as I spoke with the office manager at the new place for less than three minutes, and she was so nice, kind and upfront about things I was in tears. She said I am so sorry, and I said please do not be you are the epitome of what customer service is and always should be. Treatment, at this time remains the same, HORRIBLE, GRUESOME SHOT, but (in the future) with nicer people in the corner office!
