First big announcement: Emily officially avoided surgery. The Chicago team was able to develop a non surgical plan. She and Scott will be home tomorrow! I can hardly contain myself. Emily is looking at a very very long recovery no school for up to six weeks then baby stepping back to full days. She also has to wear this corset/abdominal binder thing for three months. In the end surgery was just not a good option considering how messed up she is from the previous surgeries. Mostly, I want to thank everyone who has held us up through the past few weeks. From meals and carting kids to listening to me cry and talk nonsensical, I will never be able to repay everyone for just being the best group of friends ever. Above all thank you for your unending prayers. They worked! God has provided deliverance and again performed the impossible. All honor and glory to Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.
