Tonight- There have been reports of rapid dispensary growth in Detroit and measures by the city to enforce zoning laws in an attempt to curtail activity and address concerns from some residents living in neighborhoods near some of the dispensing locations. Also, a district court judge in Montana, Judge Reynolds, blocked provisions that ban medical marijuana advertising, forbid the commercial sale of marijuana to authorized patients, restrict caregivers from growing for more than three patients, and require the state to report the names of doctors who recommended more than 25 patients for medical marijuana in a 12-month period to the state Board of Medical Examiners.
