First build a Self that believes that nothing is impossible, - TopicsExpress

First build a Self that believes that nothing is impossible, before you even build a sand castle. Or the waters of self-doubt will surely wash it away faster than the tide. Our self-limiting beliefs, usually adopted due to past events or negative programming, controls our Actions, because you cannot take committed Actions to bring a result that you cannot honestly envision yourself being a part of. Till you fist take action to turn your beliefs about yourself around. You will achieve very little. Many people seek to build a business etc, when they should first build an invincible ME. I know what it is like to never take action, to wallow in self doubt, to have no belief in Self because of past and current events. I was born in very humble situations, sharing the bed with siblings, no money to buy a football boots to pursue the sport I loved, breakfast tea was out a leaf I still dont know the name of, but it didnt kill me. Successful people share all the hardships that all people suffer, we each have our own burdens to learn from. The difference is what do you learn from it. There is little that was not happening that should have broken me. Mercuri was envisioned after 2 business failures in a 10 X 10 room, a toshiba laptop and 400TTD, a hearty breakfast of bananas and water. 1 month rent owing. This is when I look back at the lessons, lessons from ZIg Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Les Browne and the true story of Mitch Collin. I learned over the years that it is not what has happened, but how you perceive it, and react to it, what lesson you have learned, and most importantly applied. Some see more failure and try to get more security to avoid the pitfalls, others see the reason for taking more calculated risks, and challenge life by asking is that the best you have got. they take blame for each failure, and vow to make totally new mistakes, understanding that each brings them closer to their goals. It is darkest before dawn. The key is to make your failures inspire and strengthen you, not become mental blocks. Stop conjuring up reasons why you cant and find solutions to each small issue, and apply the solutions. Count your triumphs. ~ Sheldon D Scipio
