First day! Weight training. First round 3 sets of 15 reps. Up row, 15 up and down. Each side! Push ups 15 good ones!! Dont sacrifice form, do the position you can. Split squats, 15 each side. V-Ups, 15 with both legs coming up at the same time, or 10 each side. Second round 3 sets of 12 reps. Lat Pulldown, test the weight first. Start at 40 pounds and if its too easy add some. Take it slow and controlled. Curl and Press, 10 pounds or even lower to start. Tri-Cep dips, elbows come straight back. Goblet Squats, keep the core tight and knees in line with your ankles! Max is 3 sets, if you can only do 1 or 2, now we have something to work on! Let us know how it goes! Good luck :)
