First day of 7th grade for Ms. Kimora. I had a break down after I dropped her off. Im trusting the universe in a different way after being unschooled this is her first school year away from me in a new city. Thankfully I love her principal and counselor and the hand of the divine has been over the entire process because this school isnt our zoned school AND it has a waiting list BUT the power of my letter writing is real about my daughter ;)... and now I am acquainted with the Superintendents and their assistants while my daughter is attending one of THE BEST schools in the district :) She looked so excited as I watched her walk in... After my cry, I did a happy dance because now Im free for the day to create and cultivate my passions! I speak joy, courage, character expansion, great friendships, dynamic moments, knowledge gathering, wisdom application and the strength to continue to honor the truth within in each moment over Kimora for this school year and every day. Now Im back to bed with some hot tea... feeling a bit of a scratchy throat :( May all of our children passionately walk in their purpose in this new school year. Namaste.
