First day of PIYO (followed by 30 mins of COMBAT) I have very little flexibility & NO BALANCE. It can really burn your muscles up to hold any warrior stretch for any allotted time. I make this face from sucking in my cheeks while trying to hold a pose & I forget how to breath. Give me insanity or step or any hiit workout and I will dominate. Give me Pilates & yoga and its a struggle yall!! Im learning tho! Trying something new & challenging myself :)
