First day on the Candito 6 Week Strength Program... Today called for 4 sets of 6 reps at 155, and when I first read that I honestly thought Id fail the reps and have to alter the weights for the program. I smashed it though! All four sets were solid! Im also working on making small tweaks to my form to help myself produce more power, so I was working with a slightly different stance today, and it felt great!
