First exercise for biceps today was biceps curl. I did a total of three sets with each consisting of a quadruple dropset. Great way to really get the arms pumped! Yes there is a little swing, but I am still keeping the tension and squeezing hard on the top position. I use a barbell because it, for some weird reason, is easier on my wrists than a EZ bar. This will be a stable in my arm workouts for the next couple of weeks, it gets the heart going as well, which can be hard on arm days. Doing my best to grow big bis
