First-half strikes from James Dixon and Jordan Cotterill and a second-half penalty save from Dan Bradley helped Barry to a 2-0 win over Rhoose last night. Yesterdays result steered Gavin Chesterfields team to within one point of leaders Llanwern with one game to play; the Gwent side having already completed their fixture programme. A win or draw for the Town tomorrow at Newport Civil Service would secure the Welsh League Division Three championship. Thanks to the 200+ supporters who attended what was our final home match of the season at Jenner Park.
