First homeschool co-op of the 2014-2015 school year at my house in less than two hours. Getting mentally prepared for 40+ kids to descend on my peace and quiet. Love it!!!!!!! I am teaching the kids ages preschool through kindergarten. We are learning about life in the colonial days. We are going to read a book, make some crafty thing with construction paper, glue, and dried beans. Then we are going to make Johnny cakes from scratch and eat them with butter we are going to make ourselves with heavy cream and a glass jar. Finally, we are gonna play marbles - colonial style. Not sure what that even means but I have enough time to look it up on the internet before everyone gets here. I love the internet.
