First, language a bit here...now that thats covered... LOVE this. Couldnt be more accurate. It never ceases to amaze me the excuses people come up with as to why they cant hit below parallel. Im tight. My knee hurts I cant get that low. B.S.!! You cant get that low because you have been either neglecting or doing half reps your whole life--and thus youve redefined what is normal range for your body! With a bit of good old fashioned WORK, you CAN get low. Its just like he says, most people would rather come up with a reason as to why they cant....cause dem squats are hard boy!
