First leg of the Cowboy Triple is done here at Smokin on the Prairie Charity Barbeque Cookoff in Gillette, WY and I had a great day with a 1st in chicken, 18th in ribs, which I thought was the best meat I cooked all day, but...2nd in pork, and 5th in brisket, finishing 3rd overall.
