First lessons learnt... If you wonder where to put an empty dog poo bag then the issue heightens when its full! It doesnt matter what you look like when you leave the house because you wont look like it when you get home! Running (& I use the term running loosely) in the rain is quite nice Public footpaths in the rain are muddy If you take a dog then you both have to shower after!!! It doesnt matter what I look like now it matters more how Ill look & feel on holiday One day doesnt make it a habit! Its easier to get your active minutes up quickly!
