First my visit with the Director of the Town of Greece Planning today went well as I got a feel for what we need to do as a Group going forward, first on this development project on Long Pond Road and Mill Road also gave him a copy of the Greece Post on the Essay I wrote he said he will read it. I also said there are some issues about the Buffering of trees from Neighbors homes to the Low Income Senior Housing Project off Latta road which is called : The Gardens at Town Center who I also meet with the Project Manager today as well. The Photos I will post will show you that ! What I need to get hold of is the stimulation the Planning Board made and what was approved by the Greece Town Board ? They will get there Certificate of Occupancy soon so there are some Question that need to be resolved as Phase 1 will be ready in two weeks. By the way Phase 1 is at the very back of this Project facing a Sub Division off Latta Road.
