First night overall was a success. We had our glitches, with the system, tickets not printing and such, but these are things we can fix and we know where we are weak and need to correct. Thank you to everyone that came out tonight! Big kudos to Mikey TheCocktapus Berner who rocked the cook spot, me in the prep and Leon Augustus Braxton Jr. On the salad, pizza and deserts! My business partner Victoria Rose who made sure everyone was taken care of. My manager, Bailey Roberts and bartender C.e. Fifer and waiter Norman Hopkins. The other staff I can not tag, but I was proud if you all. Time to go home, make a schedule and be back at it in the morning! Good night and thank you everyone!
