First of all I would like to congratulate PTI Rahim Yar Khan President Rana Raheel Ahmed, RYK GS Iqbal Hussain, PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhry, PTI Punjab GS Dr. Yasmin Rashid, volunteers, members and participants for organizing a very successful jalsa. The stage was well organized but I still feel the district officials should be given an opportunity to sit with the Chairman to have more exposure and recognition. We should also keep in mind that the majority of PTI supporters are educated urban and rural middle & lower classes. These people have come forward to support the party whenever our demands were rightful like investigation of election rigging; electoral reforms and governance reforms. But whenever we asked for support of unconstitutional acts like resignation of PM through street protests; non-cooperation, non payment of bills etc. we did not get enough support. Instead of confrontational politics we should adopt positive politics through pressurizing the government for electoral reforms; exert pressure for right policy direction especially for economic growth; focus on performance in KP; withdrawal of resignation from NA to engage in viable opposition and holding local government elections in KP. The future belong to PTI if we can put our act together and organize the party. Our success and failure will only result from our own good or bad decision making for which we should not blame others.
