First of all let me start this by saying Im fine now. The last couple of days I was in Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks with a blockage in my hernia. The doctors there are the best I have ever dealt with in my life. They all told me that they would take the hernia out in an emergency, but they also looked at my blood work done there and they want me to get my a1c down below 12, to go on a low fiber diet, get my blood sugar levels to stay at a reasonable level, anything below 220 would be preferred. They didnt just say no to me they simply said not yet. When I was in the hospital I weighed in at 396 which still means Im loosing weight. Rome wasnt built in a day, and Ive had this damn thing for a long time, but for the first time in a while I feel someday this thing will get taken out of me.
