First of all, my apologies to all of you for not updating in a while. I am very much missing my interactions with you and longing for the day I can update the blog again! I was hoping this absence was going to be a lot shorter, which is why I didnt announce anything sooner, but life complications dont seem to be in any short supply lately. I have quite a few things going on right now, most of them good, but all of them taking up quite a bit of my time. So many of you have reached out with thoughtful messages asking about my whereabouts, so I think its time to give everyone an update on where Ive been! • I had some health issues several weeks ago that I needed to deal with. It was nothing life-threatening, but it was causing enough interference that I fell behind on quite a few things. The worst of it has passed, and Im hoping those issues wont be having any repeat performances. • I am working on multiple side projects related to my career. They have been a massive undertaking! Additionally, due to some recent events at my day job, these projects have taken center stage as far as priorities go. I cant go into detail about them yet, but I am very excited about them and will definitely talk more about them here when theyre more developed! • Back in September, I helped out with the launch of the Skincare Addiction website, which is an amazing resource for ingredient information, product information, and tips on how to assemble the perfect skin care routine for your skin type. You can check it out at skincare-addiction. My involvement with the Skincare Addiction website has slowed down immensely since the launch due to my other projects and the aforementioned health issues. I say that because I dont want you guys to think I abandoned S&T to work on Skincare Addiction. The events that are keeping me from Skin & Tonics are also keeping me from Skincare Addiction right now. Once things slow down a bit, I fully intend to return to Skin & Tonics full force. I foresee that being a couple months down the road - sometime in early 2015.
