First off, I love Waffle Wagon. We are such good regular customers that they know our order by heart. However, today we showed up just before closing time, 13 minutes early and were turned away. I responded that their posted closing time was 12:50 and it was 12:37 but we were still turned away when there were many tables full of people still eating because they had a busy day. I worked in the food industry for better than 10 years and we were open for our posted hours. I would fire any employee that refused service and closed early. To turn away paying, regular customers during business hours is just damn rude and very bad business.
