First off, a MASSIVE thanks to everybody who got in for RSD 14 and made it such a great day. Well busy throughout and nicely rounded off with some top live music from Dumb, Charlotte Carpenter, Drakelow and Matthew Edwards. We will shortly be posting a short film made in conjunction with BrumNotes. This week have vinyl re-stocks on the latest Beck album, which ran out the week of release, also many of the usual classics, Velvets, Miles Davis, Joy Division etc etc. Had a decent collection come our way with lots of Beatles, Who etc and a mega rare original pressing of Nick Drakes Bryter Later album in great condition...a real wallet buster !! New stuff around includes two fantastic 7 single box sets by The Action and The Creation, really well done with repro pic sleeves and booklets. Theres four more classic Blue Note LPs reissued by Cannonball Adderley, Herbie Hancock, Sonny Rollins and Ornette Coleman. Finally we have new releases from The Eels and The Space Project comp, featuring Spiritualized among others. So well worth a look...Cheers
