First off, smashing job by the folks who made it out to SLAM!!! aerobic this evening :) very nicely done!!! Great effort folks, and thank you for putting up with the mess, due to the flood damage. On the subject of the flood damage, it is substantial. I have hauled out the carpet in the waiting area, and have laid some paint down, but will need to lay more. In addition, there are spots in the main workout area, where the paint has lifted, and needs to be re-painted. Some damage to the cement on a lower part of the wall, and some ceiling tiles that need to be replaced. That being so, I very frustratingly have to announce, that some classes must be cancelled for tomorrow. What has compounded the issue, is realizing the fact, that the landlords did nothing yesterday. No water clean up at all, so it just sat there, all this time, and saturated. I was not aware that it would go down like this. Could have been a breakdown in communication, where perhaps they were under the understanding that the building janitor was going to handle it.....I dont know. Anyhow, I have a mess to clean to make it somewhat presentable and healthy. The only classes taking place tomorrow are: - SLAM!!! 30 day Fat Burner, 5:30-6:00 - Cardio-Kick, 6:45-7:30 - Fit-4-Him, 7:30-8:15 The earlier classes would be running around in wet paint. And, as for the kids Karate at 6:00, policing where they run, etc, would be a major issue. Lol. My apologies for the inconvenience.
