First off, the use of social media to spread untruths is disgusting especially when used in an attempt to tarnish someones reputation. I know, its election season and I shouldnt be surprised. Still, its disgusting. Secondly, in the search for the next group of elected leaders, voters always talk about what they look for. For me, it all comes down to one thing: regardless of party affiliation, I want a public servant who will do whats best for all of our people. I want a person who will do what is RIGHT and not what is popular. Senator Michael San Nicolas is a great example of that kind of servant. He has on many occasions fought for the needs of our people. Lets set the record straight and tell the TRUTH... at the onset of this term, Senator San Nicolas immediately held monthly oversight hearings of the Department of Rev and Tax and now operations and services continue to improve. He fought to successfully double the budget for Guams Veterans Office, making sure that those who fought so bravely for our freedoms get the deserved support from their government. Senator San Nicolas led the fight to keep Sanctuary, Inc. open which helped sustain the much needed services that they offer to members of our community. He has been a fighter for ensuring that our government spends and manages the peoples money wisely and responsibly. Senator San Nicolas is intelligent, well-spoken, down to earth, a quick thinker, and not afraid to stand up for what he believes. These are all great qualities which our elected leaders should possess. If you want someone who will fight for our people, demand financial accountability from our government, and who will push for a responsible Guam, I encourage you to give Senator Michael San Nicolas one of your votes on election day.
