First snow accumulation!!! It snowed a good bit of the afternoon and we have a nice fire in the fireplace. With winter coming early and thanksgiving showing up late this year, we decided to begin our Christmas movies a few days earlier than usual. This afternoon it was Tim Allen in The Santa Clause and now we are watching the classic, Home Alone. Joy was with us for the weekend (Mark stayed home in Grand Rapids to work on a Business Law paper) and we celebrated Corys birthday today at our place with the Hooley four, Joy, Jeanette, and me. It was a treat to have both of our daughters with us this weekend. In all of those years watching snow on the ground in Home Alone, it never occurred to me that we would have the same scene outside our own window.
