First solo ride on a NYC subway. How do thousands of people walk around and manage to avoid I contact with everyone else. I came in to wait for a mattress to be delivered to Ashleys apt. After walking back and forth trying to figure what train to take I found the 7 train to the shuttle then took the shuttle to the 4 train an walked 6 blocks. I bought a Snapple and a croissant for $ 8.75 and the cashier never even looked at me once. Every time I come to the city I feel like the guy who farted in the elevator and everyone knows it was me.......but no eye contact
