MCA is pleased to announce that Governor Martin OMalley, in his 8th and final State Budget, has recommended an additional $3 million for arts funding for FY 2015 through general fund ($16.2 million) and special fund ($2 million) appropriations. And there are NO CUTS in the BRFA!! This is extraordinarily good news for the entire nonprofit arts sector in Maryland!!
