First the police were violating his RIGHT to record them from a safe distance. Then came into HIS property without just cause and attempted to UNLAWFULLY confiscate his PERSONAL property. Let that swirl around in your brain for a minute and get back. Everything that happened AFTER that was the fault of the extremely over aggressive police. You can even tell by the first cop coming behind him that they were in the wrong. They just needed the situation to escalate enough to justify them breaking the law. That was unlawful restraint. Wake up people.
