First there is nothing personal between me and Hon. Steve. I just want to clear the air why I have made this decision. We are still friends............ 1. Immediately after elections, K1 promised me personally that I will be CDF Chair, then he changed to Constituency Manager and now Personal Secretary??? After talking to members of his ‘kitchen cabinet’ I was informed that Hon. Bishop Wanjiru and a TNA MCA from Mathare opposed my candidature for any position. 2. Irrelevant Ward Offices: After talking to Hon. Steve, these offices are irrelevant and unconstitutional. This will be places for ‘idlers’ 3. Jiam Dominated Team: Most members of Mathare CDF team are inherited from Hon. Bishop Team when she was Starehe MP. They have nothing new to offer. 4. CDF Resources: Most of the people who were involved in implementing non-existence projects under Hon Bishop Wanjiru have been incorporated into the new CDF team. 5. Working as a personal secretary with Jiam dominated team would have been very difficult for me to be effective.
