First there was the 3.6 magnitude followed after an hour by a 5.1. It was a real shaker last night. My mama who experienced the Northridge earthquake back in 1991 and the 7.2 earthquake just last October in Bohol was sitting down in her couch when last nights shaker happened was very calm, pleaded for the blood of the Jesus and was comforting Jason who was really shaking. While our things were falling off the shelves, Jason grabbed the Bible and prayed Psalm 91! Yes we could feel the shaking tremors under our feet, but our Lord held our pillars firm! Then I heard the La Habra fire truck assessing damage around our area, giving red tags to houses that were unsafe to stay for the night , advising people to go seek shelter in the community center. Throughout the night I felt 3 strong aftershocks. So I thank you so much for all your calls, your posts and your thoughts last night. We are all safe, covered and protected by HIS blood!
