First things First (Christine Caine) … the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved (Acts 2:47). As the apostles began to openly proclaim Jesus as Lord and Savior following the day of Pentecost, people marveled at their zeal. Passion gets people’s attention. People want to follow people who are passionate and living for a cause. Christians ought to be the most passionate people on earth. After all, we know the Creator of the universe! We are saved, delivered, healed; full of life, purpose and hope. Every day is an adventure as we follow Jesus into all the world. In a world full of bad news, we have good news to proclaim. The more we focus on the unconditional, unending hope and love of Jesus Christ, the more passionate we will be. The world around us will want what we have … Jesus!
