First things first...We welcome everyone to this club, group, whatever we want to call it! There is NO fee/charge/cost to any of the exercises that we do, until further notice. We dont have the best set of weights or equipment, but we make do with what we have. Every workout will be posted, including results from each participant should there be any. We will start with last weekends workout as a starting gage. Feedback is always welcome, ie; how it was, what you would change/add etc! Eventually we will try to get everyone to create and lead a session of their own! Help is all around, just have to ask! To get to know everyone (fitness wise) a bit better...please comment below your FAVORITE exercise is and the one you HATE doing the most! This way we will incorporate exercises into our routine so that everyone gets a taste of their favorite exercises at the same time make you love the ones you hate! If you have trouble naming or cant remember the name of an exercise, ask people and myself! for example: f-exercise - deadlift.......h-exercise - walking
