First thoughts from yet a wandering mind: we just landed in Davao and I wanted to share a great experience. Flying has been an experience Id have through the years, different airlines and different places. Today we flew in from Manila via PR 1813. When we got on the plane a flight attendant would go about the paces of greeting would be the normal sight. It would often seem like a routine. This time there was something different. Something genuine. I noticed an atmosphere of service. Most notably, a specific attendant who was kind and gentle with the elderly passengers, her greeting and demeanor real and heartfelt. Ms. Joyce Laygo beamed in the pride she had in her work and it made me feel proud as well to witness her care. Kudos to her. It may be a New Years resolution or a change in attitude and it works :)
