First time I ever heard of our jewelry being worn for a purpose! This comment was received re: our leather cord necklace. When it is too hot for a shirt, I would clip my headphone cord to the necklace. This allows for some slack in the cord so my ear buds stay in. this was in the beginning, and the reason I wore the necklace. I have moved past needing music when I run. Now the necklace has become part of my superstition. Kinda like my good luck charm. Your necklaces have been around my neck for probably about the last 3 years and have seen 5-6 thousand miles during that time.
