First time fishing on the kayak, the lagoon was booming again with minnows being chased. Caught a nice trout on a lure, got it to the kayak and my knot became loose as I tried to get my claw in its mouth. Grabbed my bull minnows and headed across the lagoon to a cool green light, cast, splash and the reel was off. 31 Redfish, my first redfish ever, and it was huge! Returned it to make more monsters...lol I have so much to learn by fishing with others, I was fumbling everything!
