First time in ages I did an extra at the end of a workout... 2 laps of 15m sled pushes (no weight added) - the idea was max effort, as fast as possible with no drop in time, 4-7 efforts, rest as required... CrossFit Football / Power Athlete style of work for intensity...I survived 4 efforts, 16s, 13s, 13s and 14s. My glutes have told me I did a good job...if you see me walking funnily, just be kind ;)
