First time sharing a creation.. I had a go at pizza scrolls using a bread/yeast based dough as opposed to the scone dough I have seen a lot here... Next time Id probably roll dough thinner and not put as many in as the become so big I couldnt see where to separate them, lol. Dough recipe; Whisk 1.5 cups of warm water with 1 sachet of dried yeast and 1/2 tblspn salt. Then add 3& 1/4 cups of plain flour. I also added a sprinkle of mixed herbs, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well, cover with tea towel and let sit for 2 hours. Tip dough onto Floured surface and roll out/flatten with hands into rectangle. Cover with toppings and roll up, slice and place on baking paper and into SC. Cooked on high 2 hours with tea towel under lid, then I put it under grill to brown up top.
