First time to use pressure cooker to deal with beef last night. Thingking of the high pressure is dangerous and have never use pressure cooker myself before, I was sweating all over after I finished frying all the beef, put them into the cooker, and started cooking in it. When cooker started to release steam uniformly, I finally relaxed and started to prepare for the side dishes, but still worried a little about that it could explode behind me sometime, and it didnt. I must admit “beef and pressure cooker” are definitely perfect couple, it makes beef more juicy, soft and taste good, more important, it takes way less time than usual wok, only 30 mins is enough. Got to devide the dish into 3 parts, left one is for mornings noodle, rest two for lunch and supper respectively. OK, dont have a lot of time to do the cooking, must get ready for the whole days meals for one time. Good, huh? Last two photos are for testing my camera of Samsung Galaxy S4 in micrpspur mode. The bottom line is the repeat of three chinese character means 人民币, Renminbi(RMB), and repeat.
