First up on my 24 Hours of Love, Im shouting out two of the most incredibly down-to-earth people I know-Haskel and Cynthia Jackson. Together with their dynamo of a daughter, Genesis, these two are building empires in their respective fields. Cynthia is not just a trainer, shes a body transformation coach and raw food expert who is helping scores of women drop pounds all around the city. Having trained with her myself I can tell you that she is a velvet whip--tough, but loving. She is a model wife and mom who always keeps it real and keeps it positive. Her hubby Haskel is a 7-time Grammy Award nominated producer, composer and impressario. But Hask will be the first to tell you that his role as a husband and father takes precedence over it all. He works with some of the biggest and best in the biz. If Haskel decided to drop names (which he doesnt because hes just too real for all of that) he could drop names like Kanye West, urban Tejano superstars, Tortilla Factory and songstress and TV personality Rebecca Crews.) Always a visionary, he is the co-founder of the innovative choral group, HIp-Hop Choir. Their precious progeny Genesis is a budding special effects make-up artist (and shes scary good at it!), a stellar student and dancer with renowned dance troupe, Victory Praise Dancers.
