Very Reverend Archimandrite Dr. Symeonides discusses the Apostolic Pilgrimage to Jerusalem, May 24-26, 2014, between Pope Francis of Rome and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople-New Rome. This meeting will commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the meeting of their predecessors, Pope Paul VI and Patriarch Athenagoras I. That meeting, in 1964, was the first time an Ecumenical Patriarch and a Pope of Rome had met in over five hundred years. #apostolicpilgrimage
