First workout of 2015.. 💪🎉Thought we would hit everything today, endurance style with a Total body pyramid circuit!! Almost made Hannah throw up.. 😷 Give it a go.. Round one 20x BB Squats 20x Press ups 20x Squat box jumps 20x TRX row/Pull ups 20x KB swings 20x Shoulder Press Round two - Repeat for 15reps each Round three - Repeat for 10reps Round four - Repeat for 5reps Round five - Repeat for 5reps Round six - Repeat for 10reps Round seven - Repeat for 15reps Round eight - Repeat for 20reps... Totalling 100 REPS of each exercise.. DONE! 💪 When moving down the repetitions increase the weight slightly each time then reduce it back down again as you move back up the reps!
