First you feel like your stuck in quick sand then you get that lump in the back of your throat when your bottling up absolutely every emotion you are feeling, then knowing that you cant hold it in any longer ,you just sit down and break down completely trying so hard to deal with everything at once,your minds on over drive , you feel as though youve lost control ,hoping no one around you notices ,lost the ground beneath you,close your eyes and hope its all just going to go away.
