I have a brand new set of Specialized Roval CL40 Carbon CX Disc wheels (tubular) for sale. They come with a free set of new tyres. Quick Release front and rear, disc brake only. 11speed compatible. DT Swiss internal hubs. I am after $1400, these RRP for $2,699 a set. They have never been fitted to a bike.
