Fished today on Eufaula. Method fished was Cast n Drag woodpiles in 8 to 16 DOW and the WT at 76. It has been several weeks since I have been on this lake and it has gone down several feet. Equipment fished today were the BoneHead 7 Light action rod, 6lb BoneHead Mono Hi Vis, Slim Sticks, Mikes Custom Plastics, and Timmy Tom Weedless Jigs. Fish were holding tight to the wood with a front approaching and a 10 mph East wind. Caught between 40-50 crappie today and weeded through small fish today to get supper. Big Fish was a 1.81 toad and several between 1.40 and 1.65. All fish were returned in great shape except 8 1lb fish for supper. Felt good to be back in the office from a 4 week layoff fighting back problems and family illness. Will be hitting Tenkiller next week pretty hard so stay tuned since this lake is really turning on.
