Fishing Report for 7-30-14 Dropped in at Houseman Access at 7 AM and sat down to fish and sip on coffee in the rain. The fish were marginally interested and bit about every 15 minutes. The trout bit on rainbow, orange and yellow power bait. There were a couple of other fishermen braving the rain, but they did not appear to have coffee. So sad! The fish caught this morning ranged from 12 1/8 to 15 3/4. One of them contained a hook and leader that my business partner,Sam, had lost yesterday. Left the ramp area at 8 AM and did not fish in the tail-waters. Looks like the weather will remain cool and a little damp for the rest of today, so try to slip out and try your luck. The generation for today is scheduled for 6 hours, from 4 PM through 9 PM. The forecast is for a high temperature of 73 degrees F. under cloudy, and sometimes rainy, skies with winds from the SSW at 3 MPH.
