Fishing Report on Falling Spring: 07/01/14 Mike and I finally got out after busy schedules did not match up. It was sunny, breezy and turning hot and humid. The water was crystal clear, 54 with very few insect hatching. It has had some luck swinging streamer off a long 4 lbs. mono. He had not clue about tapered leaders so that was where we started. After that we worked on some casting which he did not need much work. Then is was some stream techniques which was new to him. We worked on upstream and tight-line nymphing. We fished both nymphs and dry dropper with good success. Our morning was a fine on for the heritage water. Mike had five rainbow on and landed a nice 13 inch brown. We both had a good time
