Fishing for brown trout was good again last below the Shoshone Dam on the Colorado River in Glenwood Canyon. I fished a 7 gold sinking Rapala plug, and netted 9 trout. I didnt get the size that I was looking for, but thats how it goes. The ones that I got were 16-18 and fought like they were twice that size. It sure is big time fun fishing at night under the stars without a soul around. I think today Ill try a little fly fishing in the Roaring Fork River just outside my cabin.
